THE FORMULA FOR EVALUATING THE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE

Do you have friends or people in your life that, after every conversation with them, you feel drained?

It's like someone just put the weight of the entire world on your shoulders and you feel helpless all of sudden.

Your passion dries up and it's like you are left on your own, and your goals no longer feel possible!

Let's call these friends or people, PEOPLE-D

--- stay with me, please ---

Also, do you have friends or people in your life that, after every conversation with them, you feel empowered?

More like you could literally do and become anything! They inspire you so much and you wish you could always talk to them.

You feel fired up and your goals look very possible.

Let's call these friends or people, PEOPLE - E

I need you to know something if you don't already - every conversation is an exchange of energy!

There are no empty conversations. Every conversation is either lifting or burying you. Every conversation is either increasing your faith or fear.

Your conversations create a magnetic field that attracts corresponding results into your life.

The reason is that YOUR MIND IS ALWAYS LISTENING!

I was telling this to my students at SPIN over the weekend.

Be it what you are saying to yourself or what people around you are saying, always live with the consciousness that your mind is listening to everything and soaking it up.

Whatever you fill your mind with, it feedbacks to your life!

Did you catch that?

If you feed and fill your mind with garbage, following your conversations with yourself and your friends, your life will be full of garbage.

Your mind is the soul of your thoughts, and do not forget, "as a man thinketh, so is he".

So, be intentional about cutting off PEOPLE-D from your life, or spending less time with them. Stop discussing your visions, goals, and future with them.

In the same vein, be intentional about spending time with PEOPLE-E more often. Buy them lunch, schedule phone calls, attend their seminars, from time to time. The more you talk to them, the more your life will become better.

Always remember, YOUR MIND IS ALWAYS LISTENING!

I believe in you.
