Rev. Kayode “Kay” Ijisesan is the founder and apostolic leader of KingsWord Ministries International (KMI), a dynamic global movement with church campuses and ministries spanning Africa, Europe, and North America.

Originally trained as a pharmacist, Rev. Ijisesan responded to a divine call in 1990 to “raise a supernatural army,” which led to the inception of a college ministry at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and the official commissioning of KMI in 1997. Now based in Chicago, USA, he provides apostolic oversight to KMI’s global network, and is passionately committed to equipping believers to live Word-based, Spirit-filled, purpose-driven lives.
